Dry honey wine

Our honey wine (also named mead) is based on our very special recipe and made of our best honeys: bourdaine, heather and callune, fermented with selected yeasts of Champagne.

Bottled in spring 2012, it was bred on fine lees for 3 months, then 13 months in fermenting reservoir.

Due to its 1.7 g per liter of residual sugars from honey (not converted into alcohol), it is classified Dry.
